The working principle of forklift bearings is to use rolling friction instead of sliding friction, thus greatly reducing the friction resistance and wear between the moving pairs. It mainly reduces friction by the rolling of the rolling elements between the inner and outer rings to achieve smooth rotation. When the forklift is in operation, the rolling elements in the bearing continue to roll, evenly distributing the load on each rolling element, reducing the friction resistance, so that the forklift can work smoothly.

 

When the rolling elements roll on the inner and outer ring raceways, they only undergo slight deformation in a very small contact area and quickly return to their original shape. This rolling contact greatly reduces the contact area compared to traditional sliding contact, thereby significantly reducing the friction resistance and wear between the moving pairs.

 

At the same time, the forklift bearing also adopts a reasonable lubrication design, and the rolling elements and the inner and outer ring raceways are filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease. The lubricating grease forms an oil film during the operation of the bearing, further reducing rolling friction and wear.
